- 1 can drained and rinsed organic chick peas
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/3 cup sesame tahini paste
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 lemon juiced - approx. 1/2 cup
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 Tbs. ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1 pack of Renue
- cut up organic vegetables for dipping
- Blend all ingredients (except cut up veggies for dipping) in a food processor or mixer until smooth.
- Keep hummus refrigerated until ready to use.
